What it is about

Shillingburg, Sather and Wilson keep here the teaching purpose that made this text well known: an orderly introduction to restorative procedures using fixed bridges and cast, metal-ceramic and all-ceramic restorations. The revision takes in advances in cements, materials and impression equipment, soft tissue management during impression taking, new articulators and facebows, updated concepts of occlusion and the treatment of defective edentulous ridges. Implant restoration and aesthetics receive expanded attention. It serves the student starting out as well as the clinician wanting to put their technical grounding back in order.
